Julio “Bartolo” Belluscio’s ITM at WPT RRPO 2023

Julio “Bartolo” Belluscio is the only Argentinian player to cash in the 2023 Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open Main Event, part of the World Poker Tour.

The event kicked off on November 24 at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood with 1,447 entries worth $3,500 and a prize pool of $4,630,400. Two of the 181 winners are from Latin America. One of them was Juan Membreno Orellana from El Salvador, who finished in 58th place and won $12,000.

Another Latin American was Julio Belluscio, who finished 109th. The first place prize for participating in the competition and winning it is $7,100. This is his third WPT Main Event cash, having also finished 78th at the 2014 Borgata for $7,758 and 65th at the 2021 Venetian for $13,635. This year, he made six final tables on the live circuit, including winning Event No. 73 to earn his first bracelet at the WSOP.
